How to keep your HEART healthy ?

Plant based diets helped pretty well to cure some of the chronic heart diseases.

Here are some few major steps to follow :

1. Take a walk of at least 45mins – 2times a day.

2. Start your day with 1-2 glasses of water.

3. Have a healthy and colourful meals.

4. Choose your snacks very wisely.

5. Avoid caffeine.

6. Add whole grains , green leafy vegetables , roots [in moderation] , all legumes , fruits.

7. Avoid processed food , alcohol , smoking , oils [not a drop], butter, nuts , avocados , dairy products.

8. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water.

9. Don’t attempt for heavy workouts. Starts from beginners level [brisk walking , meditation and yoga is agood start].

10. Most important have regular checkups, proper diagnosis and get in touch with your consultant before taking any medication/treatment or any supplements.
